[ Kyle doesn't even feel the change in temperature. If anything Nico's the one who can probably feel how much heat is coming off of Kyle's back and seeping into him. Even the lotion can't stay cold for long. ]

Nothing big. I just assumed the runes would work best if they were right by the, uh, problem area, but my friend said it'd work no matter where I put it. So I changed it.

[ the warmth is something he actively appreciates, given how cool his own body tends to be. it seeps into his skin, down to his bones in a way that he's never before experienced. it would be too tempting to moan, but he withholds the noise, focusing on massaging the lotion into kyle's back. ]

Makes sense. As for me... I just wanted something to make sure I never forget Bianca. I mean, I don't think I ever would, but just... a tribute to her seems appropriate.

[ Well Kyle is not ashamed to let out a pleasant groan when Nico's hands slide down his spine. ]

[ upon hearing that groan, nico's hands stutter to a stop and he's grateful kyle can't see him, because he's slowly turning red. clearing his throat and nodding (though kyle can't see that either), he begins kneading the lotion into the outer edges of the tattoo, slowly working his way in. ]

Yeah. I hope so. Bianca was... She was my only family for a long time.

[ He turns his head to the side to listen to Nico better. ]

[ from his vantage point, he can see the shift and way kyle tries to hear him better, but shifts his own gaze down to the expanse of skin below him. his fingers begin kneading the skin at the center of the tattoo, taking care to not let the scabs peel off, thus removing the ink. ]
