→ (APPLIES ONLY IN MEMES) Rick Riordan has mentioned that Nico's age is about 15 by Trials of Apollo (disregarding the 70+ years he spent living in the Lotus Hotel that would make him an octogenarian). → Due to his various quests and missions, Nico's torso is heavily scarred. On his upper biceps are very obvious claw marks left by Lycaon and his werewolves, and there tend to be permanent dark circles under his eyes. Despite being born with darker skin (he was originally described as having olive-toned skin), Nico has become very pale thanks to his time spent in Tartarus and the Underworld. As such, I play him as being pale-skinned with the ability to return to his natural, darker skin tone provided he's in a location where he can get plenty of healthy sunlight.

Finally, Nico's eyes are completely black but are often described as "colorless" in the books. Occasionally, a "wild glint of a madman," much like his father. Nico is also cold by nature and some have described his hands as being like ice.
